The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication to coach teams, analyze financials, and implement efficient operating practices. Occasional travel within markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional or multi-unit operations in food service.
• Strong leadership with coaching and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety, labor, and financial analysis.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Southwest market.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to restaurant managers, aligning with company goals.
• Oversee performance across sub-regions to ensure brand standards and guest service.
• Develop operational strategies to drive top-line growth and profitability.
• Conduct site visits, coach teams, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development for high-performing teams.
• Represent Wingstop in the community and travel within markets as needed.
