Crunch Fitness seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee FL, GA, and TN markets. You will lead multi-club operations, drive standards, and partner with club leadership to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Travel across assigned markets is required; you will mentor leadership teams, analyze KPIs, and implement process improvements to accelerate growth within a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular club audits and coaching for leadership across the region.

• Monitor billing processes, collections, and accuracy; oversee ACH rejects and chargebacks.
• Train and mentor Operations Managers; lead regional training on KPIs and best practices.
• Analyze member feedback and trends to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Support audits and brand initiatives to maintain standards and consistency.
• Oversee inventory and procurement for operations and apparel.

Job description

Job Summary

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations will oversee operational performance across an assigned region of clubs (FL, GA, TN markets), ensuring consistent execution of company standards, policies, and member experience expectations. This role partners with club leadership to drive operational excellence, monitor key performance metrics, and develop strong leadership teams while supporting the company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular club audits including Operations, Cleaning and Staff Test Outs, providing feedback and coaching to club leadership
• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, operational standards, and membership policies across all assigned clubs.
• Partner with Maintenance and club leadership to track service tickets and ensure timely facility issue resolution.
• Monitor and improve ACH/EFT performance, billing accuracy, and collections efforts, including oversight of ACH rejects, RFC disputes, and chargebacks.
• Train, mentor, and support Operations Managers and club leadership teams, providing in-club coaching and leading regional training sessions focused on KPIs and operational best practices.
• Review member feedback, SMG responses, and cancellation trends to identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Support Brand Excellence audits, mystery shop reviews, and corporate initiatives to maintain company standards and operational consistency.
• Oversee operational ordering processes including cleaning supplies, beverages, and apparel inventory to ensure compliance with company protocols.
• Monitor online reputation and social media engagement, ensuring timely responses to member feedback and maintaining brand standards.

What We’re looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations leadership, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or service industry
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold leadership teams accountable across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of club operations, member services, billing processes, and operational compliance
• Experience working with KPIs, operational audits, and performance metrics to drive results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze operational trends and implement process improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to travel regularly across all assigned clubs and markets, including Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia (must be located within one of the assigned markets)
