Sysco North Texas (Division of USA I) is seeking a seasoned Regional Merchandising leader to drive operations across 1-3 sites in the region. You will build and develop regional merchandising teams, align with market leadership, and drive category management and product assortment to meet KPIs.

This role emphasizes inventory optimization, cost control, and collaboration with corporate teams to enhance gross margin and service levels while supporting sales growth and regional profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential job functions.
• 8+ years management/professional experience in merchandising/operations within retail, wholesale or distribution.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

• Build, manage and develop regional merchandising teams across 1-3 sites.
• Interpret and reinforce policies, procedures and tools.
• Align with market replenishment to achieve SLA, DSO, aging and spoilage goals.
• Drive corporate and market initiatives to meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan.
• Manage item cost accuracy and collaborate to grow gross margin.
• Provide field feedback to regional, market and corporate teams for action.
