Lirio seeks a Vice President of Life Science Sales to accelerate market traction with regional and national health plans. This remote-friendly role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and focuses on building strategy, generating pipeline, and closing deals with C-level executives across Life Science, payers, health systems and consultants.

The role requires 25-50% travel and a deep understanding of healthcare enterprise sales, with a goal of transforming how healthcare is delivered in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant sales experience in health/biotech or digital health.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships across Product, Clinical, National Accounts, Network.
• Experience selling AI/ML solutions in healthcare tech.
• Experience with SMB, Biotech and large pharma.
• Strong contract negotiation experience in Life Science procurement.
• Excellent independent work and organizational skills.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Fluency in healthcare economics and trends related to enterprise health systems.

Aufgaben

• Drive new sales with Life Science accounts and move prospects through the funnel to close.
• Understand networks between Life Science, health systems, payers, and influencers to leverage deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve gaps to accelerate deals.
• Generate interest by building relationships with C-Level executives in target accounts.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospective clients.
