Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in the United States seeks a Regional Vice President of Environmental Services to lead senior leaders and shape regional culture. You will partner with national peers and executive leadership to deliver on strategic KPIs, grow the business, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a dynamic environment.

The role requires extensive travel and a proven track record in cross-functional leadership, contract management, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or eight years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree.
• Strong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development and negotiations.
• Excellent business and financial acumen with cross-functional leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional operations and manages district managers and regional directors of operations.
• Drives relationships with clients at local to state levels to meet KPIs and growth objectives.
• Serves on the nationwide leadership team and shares best practices while mitigating risks.
• Owns regional outcomes, budgets, forecasting, and reporting with transparent communications.
• Champions regional culture, compliance, and talent development across the organization.
