Job summary

Sword Health is seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for the Southwest. You will own the full sales cycle for self-insured employers and partner with HR and benefits leaders to deliver measurable cost reductions and improved outcomes.

You will communicate ROI and clinical value to executives, coordinate with brokers and health-plan partners, and lead compelling ROI analyses and live demos with internal teams. Travel within the Southwest is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling to employers, preferably in healthcare or benefits.
• Ability to communicate ROI and clinical value to executives.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise employers in the Southwest from discovery to close.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at self-insured employers.
• Coordinate with brokers, consultants, and health plan partners to streamline contracting.
• Lead discovery to understand employer healthcare spend and MSK challenges.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, ROI analyses, and live demos with clinical teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast against targets.
