Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President for Ambulatory Surgery Centers across north Maryland, Delaware and south New Jersey. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and high-quality patient care.

Lead a network of centers, recruit top surgeons, and strengthen relationships with physician partners while championing safety, efficiency, and EBITDA improvements across all centers.

Qualifications

• Must have OR Operations leadership experience.
• Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
• Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with C level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
• Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: design and implement plans with Surgery Center Administrators and review objectives at board level.
• Driving Growth: accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons and forming partnerships with health systems.
• Leadership Development: mentor future leaders with training in HR, finance, and communications.
• Partnership Excellence: oversee physician equity and strengthen partnerships with health systems.
• Cultural Excellence: promote EDGE and BeSafe/BeKind to foster safety and patient satisfaction.
• Travel: up to 75% travel, with MVR checks.
