Job summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. seeks a Regional Merchandiser, Visual to organize, transport, and produce visual display developments for new store locations. You will create engaging window and in-store displays that reflect the brand and enhance customer experience, partnering with store operations to implement VM strategies.

You will train store teams on VM principles, manage fixture rollouts, and collaborate with buyers and signage teams to maintain standards. Up to 60% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent.
• 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• Strong visual and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines.
• Problem solver, takes initiative to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports New store actions to lead VM sets and brand image.
• Owns retail experience and visual presentation for new stores.
• Provides hands-on training on VM strategies and standards.
• Coordinates with buyers/allocation on inventory and fixtures.
• Leads VM walkthroughs and ensures high display standards.
• Ensures signing, fixtures, lighting, and display equipment meet standards.
