Sodexo's Healthcare segment is seeking a Regional Vice President, Support Services Operations for SSM Health in St. Louis, MO. This role has full accountability for our client organization relationships, including multiple contracts, services (Food, EVS, etc.), and locations.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Regional Vice President to lead the development and execution of our operational strategies, requiring a strategic visionary with experience in client solutions, building C-suite relationships, and leveraging data for decision-making.

Position Details:

• This is a remote position, requiring 50% travel. Candidates must reside in the Midwest region. Relocation assistance available.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute initiatives to improve operational performance, focusing on support services such as Foodservice and EVS.
2. Client Solutions & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients and stakeholders, providing tailored solutions.
3. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance operations and efficiency.
4. Financial Stewardship: Make financially sound decisions to ensure profitability and sustainability.
5. Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and standards for high-quality service delivery.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use operational metrics and data analysis to inform decisions and improve performance.
7. Accountability & Results: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure team accountability.
8. Leadership Development: Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.
9. Collaboration: Work with other leaders to ensure integrated and aligned strategies.
