Regional Vice President of Sales | IC Role | East Region

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Executive (RVP, Sales), you will identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with property management companies in the Northeast Region. This role is remote, with local and regional travel, including visits to Utah headquarters and attendance at industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Highlight product features to address customer challenges.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Strong social intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales success and results.
  • Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with CRM and property management software.
  • Remote team collaboration experience.
