Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a Regional Vice President, Field Operations – PacWest to provide strategic and operational leadership across the PacWest Region. You will drive regional performance, manage the annual budget, and lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on safety, patient care, and regulatory compliance.

This executive role requires residing in eligible western states, with up to 50% travel to support regional operations and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and 15+ years of related management experience or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in medical transportation services and aviation/clinical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for regional profitability and financial performance, including budgeting.
• Lead and develop Area Managers to ensure high quality service and compliance with standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve service level targets.
• Foster a culture of engagement and leadership across the region.
• Align regional goals with corporate strategy and drive KPIs across locations.
• Collaborate with COE peers to improve safety, quality and training.
