Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead regional field operations in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote-US based role partners with managers and support functions to drive growth, profitability, talent development, and service quality in a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive insurance leadership experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to execute regional performance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in the insurance industry, preferably independent adjusting.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in all lines of insurance and the Lloyds Market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Mentor and develop managers and team leads to achieve district goals.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Vice President to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leadership role will oversee regional field operations and guide teams toward growth, profitability, and service quality objectives across the assigned market. The position will partner closely with managers, team leads, and support functions to strengthen execution, develop talent, and align day-to-day activity with broader business goals. It is well suited for a seasoned insurance leader with strong commercial instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to drive regional performance in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,213 - $203,541 annually
