Utilities One is seeking a Manager of Underground Construction to oversee our in‑house underground drilling operations across the region. This role focuses on safe, efficient, high‑quality execution and on leading field crews to achieve project objectives.

The position requires extensive travel (80% of the time) within the region. A company vehicle and travel expenses are provided to support project delivery and site coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising underground construction or similar utility projects.
• Ability to lead field crews and ensure safety standards at work sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record driving productivity and quality improvements.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (80%+).
