Ladders is seeking a Regional Undergraduate Admissions Recruiter for the New Hampshire and Vermont regions. This remote-US role focuses on generating qualified undergraduate leads while partnering with counselors, faculty, alumni, and prospective students to advance enrollment goals.

The ideal candidate has a student-centered approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to track outreach activities within a high-touch admissions process. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Undergraduate Admissions Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will focus on building interest and generating qualified undergraduate leads across the New Hampshire and Vermont regions. The recruiter will partner closely with school counselors, faculty, alumni, and prospective students to advance enrollment goals and guide candidates through the admissions journey. This position requires strong relationship-building, frequent travel, and confident representation at recruitment events and college fairs.

The ideal candidate will bring a student-centered approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to accurately track outreach activities while supporting a high-touch recruitment process.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,000 - $122,000 annually
