Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities, offering paid training, experienced mentors, and top-tier equipment. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience.

Drivers complete a structured training program alongside an experienced mentor before transitioning into steady regional freight, running no-touch drop-and-hook loads in new, fully equipped trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT qualifications.
• No professional driving experience required; recent CDL graduates considered.
• 120 hours of CDL school instruction completed.

Responsibilities

• Complete a paid 4-6 week training with a mentor.
• Operate dry van regional loads, no-touch drop-and-hook.
• Weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 after training with potential bonuses for safe driving.
