Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities with a structured training program and a mentor. Trainees receive 4–6 weeks of paid training at $850 per week while riding with a mentor.

After training, you’ll transition into steady regional freight with no-touch loads in modern equipment. You'll earn weekly pay averaging $1,600–$1,800+ with additional incentives for safe, reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• No professional driving experience required.
• Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training with a mentor.
• Transition into steady regional freight after training.
• Operate dry van with no-touch drop-and-hook.
