10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities, offering paid training, mentors, and top-tier equipment. New drivers train 4–6 weeks at $850 weekly with a mentor, then move into steady regional freight.

You'll drive no-touch drop-and-hook loads in dry van trailers with brand-new trucks and weekly pay averaging $1,600–$1,800 after training, with room to grow as you prove safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• No professional driving experience required
• Recent CDL school graduates considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete a paid training program: 4–6 weeks at $850 per week while riding with a mentor
• Assignment of your own truck upon completion of training
• Regional routes with weekly home time
• Dry van freight, no-touch drop-and-hook
• Brand-new trucks equipped with safety technology
