Qualifications

• 5+ years as Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or work in a traveling role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination on active jobsites.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Maintain project schedules and address delays or challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics across regional projects.
• Travel consistently throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota as project needs require.
