A well-respected General Contractor in Minnesota is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee and run projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction field management, excellent communication skills, and a partnership approach to working with clients and contractors. This role involves extensive travel, with a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction field management/supervision.
• Experience in federal projects preferred; VA work advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• 100% travel for projects anywhere in the U.S.; project durations 18 months to 2 years.
• Run and manage projects from start to finish.
• Oversee full construction project daily.
• Coordinate resolution of issues with materials or methods.
• Establish effective professional relationships on-site.
