Job summary

The Osborne Company seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead multiple commercial EV infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This full-time role emphasizes fast-paced, short-duration sites, with ownership of field performance, safety, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to travel 2–4 weeks at a time. Expect client interaction and active use of construction tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with site work, utilities, concrete, or civil scopes preferred.
• Ability to travel 2-4 weeks at a time based on project needs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across one or multiple job sites.
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and site activities with accountability.
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and codes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Coordinate schedules, sequencing, and daily progress with PMs.
• Provide high-quality client experience and communication.
• Generate POs, Change Orders, and cost estimates in collaboration with PMs.
• Identify and resolve issues in the field to prevent delays.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and job site compliance.
