Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related functional area with 5 years of demonstrated competency.
• Alternatively, 9 years of related experience with 4 years substituting for licenses/certifications.
• Alternatively, an Associate degree with 11 years of related competency and substitutions.
• Licenses or certifications as denoted in the position description.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to define scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage risks, forecast design and cost impacts, and coordinate with environmental and construction units.
• Oversee consultant tasks, invoicing, procurement, and evaluations in a compliant manner.
• Ensure quality processes align with TDOT standards and PDN guidelines.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, maintain documentation, and support transparency.
• Support delivery across PDN, asset management, and senior project managers.
