Job summary

CHEP USA is seeking a Regional Transportation Analyst to optimize multimodal transport across managed regions. You will collaborate with carriers and customers to drive efficiency, manage carrier relationships, and track performance against cost and service targets.

The role focuses on mode optimization using data analytics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting procurement events, tendering, and capacity planning to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and BI software; knowledge of transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of carrier modes and balance transport across regions.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to drive supply chain efficiencies.
• Manage carrier relationships, track performance and improve cost and service.
• Support procurement of transport services including tenders and rate negotiations.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, cost per load, and trailer utilization.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to secure transportation capacity.
