Job summary

Fisher Associates in Allentown, PA, seeks a Regional CM/CI Lead to strengthen its transportation construction practice across Eastern Pennsylvania. You will mentor staff, oversee project delivery, engage clients, and help shape growth while remaining active on transportation assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of transportation construction inspection or construction management experience.
• Experience on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staff.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor construction inspection and construction management personnel across the region.
• Support transportation CM/CI assignments for PennDOT, Turnpike, municipalities, and other projects.
• Promote high-quality CM/CI delivery via reviews, audits, guidance, and QC initiatives.
• Support onboarding, certification advancement, professional development, retention, and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with PennDOT, Turnpike, municipalities, contractors, and partners.
• Assist recruiting, interviewing, proposals, project pursuits, and growth of CM/CI services in Eastern PA.
• Provide technical guidance on schedules, sequencing, resource planning, documentation, and project administration.
