Fisher Associates seeks an experienced Regional CM/CI Lead to strengthen the transportation construction practice across Eastern Pennsylvania, guiding project delivery, staff development, recruiting, and client engagement.

You'll mentor technical staff, grow client relationships, support pursuits, and shape the next generation of CM/CI leaders while remaining hands-on with transportation assignments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of transportation construction inspection or CM experience.
• Experience on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor CM/CI personnel across the region.
• Support PennDOT, Turnpike, municipal projects with CM/CI delivery.
• Promote high-quality CM/CI through reviews, QA/QC, and guidance.
• Support onboarding, training, and staff development.
