Job summary

Fisher Associates seeks an experienced Regional CM/CI Lead to strengthen its transportation construction practice in Eastern Pennsylvania. You will guide project delivery, mentor staff, and help shape regional growth while remaining actively involved in assignments.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and technical excellence, with a hybrid work schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Eight years of transportation construction inspection or CM/CI experience.
• Experience working on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CM/CI personnel across the region.
• Support PennDOT, PennTurnpike, municipal, and other projects.
• Promote high-quality CM/CI delivery through reviews and QA/QC initiatives.
• Support onboarding, training, certification advancement, and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with state agencies, municipalities, and industry partners.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and project pursuits across Eastern Pennsylvania.
• Provide technical guidance on schedules, sequencing, resource planning, and project administration.
