• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to balance on-site supervision with remote strategic planning.
• Experience negotiating with third-party logistics providers.
• Familiarity with the Eastern Cape region is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
