Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a dedicated Talent Development Specialist to support regional training efforts. This role focuses on delivering engaging training for direct care staff and maintaining accurate LMS records across multiple states.

You will facilitate new-hire orientations, use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create materials, and collaborate with teams to meet training needs while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or education related to staff training or in‑service presentation.
• Proven track record in leading virtual or web-based training sessions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation sessions and develop engaging training materials.
• Deliver virtual trainings using Zoom/GoToMeeting/Teams.
• Maintain training records and compliance data in the LMS.
• Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistent training.
• Coordinate resources to maximize training effectiveness.
