Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Floating Track Drill Operator to support our corporate drilling organization across Tennessee and Georgia.

The role involves safely operating track-mounted drilling equipment (like Epiroc D60) for quarry production and blasting operations, following established plans and reporting to the Director of Drilling Operations. You will perform hole placement checks, maintain equipment, logs, and collaborate with quarry management, blasting contractors, and production

Qualifications

• Experience operating track drills in quarry settings.
• Strong safety record and adherence to MSHA regulations.
• Ability to verify hole locations, depths, and drilling patterns.

Responsibilities

• Operate track-mounted drilling equipment to drill production and presplit holes per quarry plans.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report deficiencies.
• Maintain drill logs and daily activity reports; coordinate with blasting personnel.
