Job summary

GATE Petroleum seeks a Territory Supervisor to oversee stores within a Georgia territory, including Rincon. You will lead store managers, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service while traveling regularly to sites and supporting adjacent territories.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and financial reporting to optimize profits and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Convenience store management experience for a minimum of three years.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must work a minimum of 5 ½ days per week, including long hours and nights
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Excellent communication, organizational and decision making skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks independently and analyze financial statements
• Frequent travel required

Responsibilities

• Supervise stores within an assigned territory to maximize profits and service.
• Provide leadership to store managers and assistants, drive training, and budget goals.
• Monitor expenses, forecast sales, and report financial performance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and conduct regular store visits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruiting, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote a customer-first approach.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and price surveys as part of monthly routines.
