Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Regional Terminal Manager in Addison, AL to lead oversized home shipments and a team of four supervisors and roughly 200 drivers. You will manage terminal performance, safety, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with regional leadership to optimize service levels and profitability.

The role requires CDL-based experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive operational excellence across multiple facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics/transportation/terminal operations management.
• FMCSA compliance knowledge and safety management systems.
• CDL-based experience highly valued.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end terminal performance, including delivery execution, utilization, and service levels; drive on-time delivery and resolve disruptions.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, and workforce planning for drivers and terminal staff.
• Lead weekly reviews with leadership to drive accountability and performance improvement.
• Ensure alignment between dispatch, driver supervisors, and field execution.
• Oversee safety, payroll, budgeting, and FMCSA compliance within the region.
• Analyze incidents and conduct root-cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
