You will lead drivers, supervisor staff, and terminal personnel to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient delivery while managing budgeting, FMCSA compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, payroll, risk management, and incident investigations, with a focus on improving performance, safety, and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in Logistics/Transportation/terminal operations management.
• Strong understanding of CDL-based operations and driver workforce management.
• Understanding of FMCSA Compliance and safety management systems.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.

• Own end-to-end terminal performance and on-time delivery.
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning for drivers and terminal staff.
• Lead weekly reviews with leadership to drive performance.
• Ensure alignment between dispatch, supervisors, and field execution.
