The Position:

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Regional Teller who aligns with our mission to provide members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. As a Teller, you will deliver professional, quality service that exceeds member expectations, evaluate member needs to recommend suitable financial products and services, and develop, manage, expand, and retain member relationships. Educating and preparing members for financial success is also key.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet members professionally and enthusiastically, embracing the MVP-1 Team culture.
• Serve members face-to-face or via the remote teller system (RTS) with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and savings bonds.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and efficiency for balancing purposes. Prepare daily reports like inventory, kiosk/ATM, and Coin Machine balancing sheets. Record all member and non-member encounters in the Customer Relationship Management software (Synapsys).
• Adhere to credit union and departmental policies and procedures.
• Cover shifts as needed within your assigned region or assist other regions if required, considering a reasonable commute from your primary Financial Center.
