Job summary

Coric Equipment is seeking a Midwest Regional Trainer to own technician development across the region. The role combines hands‑on coaching in branches and at customer sites with building individual learning paths, certifications, and due dates.

You will drive completion with Service Managers and maintain skill coverage data. The position requires strong forklift knowledge, teaching ability, and the capacity to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as forklift technician with senior/lead diagnostics and repair work.
• Strong knowledge of forklift systems: IC engines, electric motors and controls, batteries and chargers, hydraulics, brakes, steering and electronics.
• Teaching, mentoring or technician development experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own technician development in the region with skills matrix and learning paths.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training at branches; coach technicians on customer sites and in shop.
• Build and improve training content including curriculum, lesson plans and tests.
