Job summary

Greenpestservices is seeking a Regional Technical Trainer to deliver pest management training across the Greater Phoenix Area. You will provide hands-on instruction, field coaching, and technical support to technicians, supervisors, and branches to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in pest control, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel across the region, including possible overnight stays. ACE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pest control industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, identification, and treatment methods.
• State pesticide licenses as required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region, including overnight stays.
• ACE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Conduct technician ride-alongs and field evaluations.
• Coach employees on pest identification, inspections, treatment strategies, and customer communication.
• Train and support new hires and existing team members.
• Assist with licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements.
• Serve as a technical resource for managers and technicians.
• Help troubleshoot complex pest management issues in the field.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.

Regional Technical Trainer

Position Summary

The Regional Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering technical, operational, safety, and compliance training programs throughout an assigned region. This position serves as a subject matter expert in pest management, providing hands‑on instruction, field coaching, technical support, and professional development opportunities for technicians, supervisors, and branch leadership.

The Regional Technical Trainer works closely with operations leaders to improve technician performance, strengthen technical knowledge, promote regulatory compliance, and ensure consistent service quality across all branches within the region.
