Job summary

The Regional Technical Trainer delivers technical, safety, and compliance training across the region, coaching technicians, supervisors, and branch leadership to raise service quality and safety standards.

Collaborating with operations leaders, you will provide hands-on instruction, evaluate field performance, manage licensing support, and maintain comprehensive training records to drive continuous improvement across all branches in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pest control industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, identification, and treatment methods.
• State pesticide licenses as required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region including possible overnight stays.
• ACE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Regional Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering technical, operational, safety, and compliance training programs throughout an assigned region. This position serves as a subject matter expert in pest management, providing hands‑on instruction, field coaching, technical support, and professional development opportunities for technicians, supervisors, and branch leadership.
