What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key accounts effectively, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities
- Create and execute a three-year strategic plan for each customer account across multiple regions
- Oversee brand strategies and marketing execution to maximize market awareness and consideration
- Monitor market and competitor activities to inform commercial strategies
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders while reporting on sales analytics and market trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within the brewing and/or hop industry
- Technical knowledge of hops usage in brewing
- Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical and P&L experience
- Bachelor's degree in science and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
