Job summary

MarketSource in the United States is seeking a Regional Technical Placement professional to build technician pipelines by partnering with dealerships, schools, and community partners. As a Regional Technical Placement, you’ll take ownership of developing technician talent pipelines by working directly with dealerships, schools, and community partners. You’ll spend your time in the field, traveling extensively throughout your region, while connecting with dealership leaders, identifying talent, and guiding candidates through training programs into long-term career opportunities. From leading recruiting events to mentoring technicians and advising dealership teams on workforce strategy, your work will directly impact hiring success and overall dealership performance.
