Job summary

MarketSource in the United States is seeking a Regional Technical Placement professional to build technician pipelines by partnering with dealerships, schools, and community partners. You will travel extensively across your region, engage dealership leaders, identify talent, and guide candidates through training programs into lasting careers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, education, workforce development, automotive operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively to both individuals and groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

As a Regional Technical Placement, you’ll take ownership of developing technician talent pipelines by working directly with dealerships, schools, and community partners. You’ll spend your time in the field, traveling extensively throughout your region, while connecting with dealership leaders, identifying talent, and guiding candidates through training programs into long-term career opportunities. From leading recruiting events to mentoring technicians and advising dealership teams on workforce strategy, your work will directly impact hiring success and overall dealership performance.
