Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities in Arlington, VA seeks a Sustainability Manager to own regional strategy and program delivery across AMER corporate real estate. You will guide sustainability across hundreds of buildings, translating global commitments into on-ground results.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, landlords, and service providers to embed sustainability throughout design, construction, and operations, driving measurable environmental impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in sustainability, environmental management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the regional sustainability owner and advisor for the AMER portfolio.
• Run sustainability programs end-to-end, from goals to progress tracking.
• Develop and deliver regional sustainability plans with leasing, design, construction, and operations.
• Build relationships with landlords and external partners to integrate sustainability in decisions.
• Lead pilots, measure results, and scale successful approaches across the portfolio.
• Contribute to annual planning with data-driven proposals for regional projects and resourcing.
