Job summary

JLL is seeking a sustainability data analyst to support energy, water and waste programs across our GCS initiatives. You will transform sustainability data into actionable insights to drive decision making and improve program performance.

This role requires in‑office presence five days per week and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to monitor KPI progress, ROI analyses, and data quality while pushing continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar analyst role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management.
• Preferred proficiency in SmatSheets, SQL, Python, VBA Macros, Tableua, or PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to describe data anomalies with solutions.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong desire to deliver quality outcomes for the client and end users.
• Experience with sustainability reporting is advantageous; project management experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach.
• Track and communicate success stories to raise awareness of sustainability program impact.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management for new ideas and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sustainability team, focusing on energy, water, and waste program goals.
• Quantify impact of programs and policies.
• Improve data collection and monitoring processes to support analytics and track results.
• Monitor financial performance of initiatives and drive ROI improvements with data.
• Calculate ROI through cost-benefit analyses for pilots and programs related to carbon, waste and water.
• Optimize relationships with utility, municipal, and technology partners to reduce costs.
• Establish strong relationships with workstreams to deliver against KPI targets.
