You will transform sustainability data into actionable insights to drive decision making across GCS programs and regions, with in‑office presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar analyst role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management.
• Preferred proficiency in SmatSheets, SQL, Python, VBA Macros, Tableau, or PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sustainability team, energy, water, and waste program goals, collaborating with team members as needed
• Quantify impact of programs and policies
• Improve data collection and monitoring processes to support analytics and tracking. Ensure adherence and ongoing tracking of results
• Monitor financial performance of initiatives. Track and improve performance with data
• Calculate ROI through Cost Benefit Analysis on pilots and programs related to carbon, waste and water
• Optimize relationships with utility, municipal, and technology partners to reduce costs
• Establish strong working relationships with workstreams to deliver against KPI targets
• Manage multiple deliverables with inter-related dependencies
• Strong organizational and process-driven approach
• Communicate success stories to raise awareness of the sustainability program
• Propose innovative ideas and roll out solutions to services delivery
