As our Regional Supply Planning Manager, you will lead the regional supply planning function and play a critical role in ensuring the right balance between demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer service across our manufacturing, tolling, and distribution networks. You will drive the adoption of planning best practices, enhance planning capabilities, and ensure operational resilience through effective supply chain orchestration and integrated business planning.
This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence key business decisions, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and partner closely with stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commercial teams, and global planning functions.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $110,900 to $141,400 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
