Job summary

Nufarm is seeking a Regional Supply Planner Manager to lead the regional supply planning function, balancing demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer service across manufacturing, tolling, and distribution networks.

You will drive best practices, enhance planning capabilities, and ensure operational resilience through integrated business planning and collaboration with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in integrated business planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional supply planning team and drive capability, accountability, and standardized planning.
  • Own regional supply planning processes across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions.
  • Drive demand-supply balancing, develop decision-ready scenarios and manage service, inventory, cost, and revenue trade-offs.
  • Lead capacity and network planning and supplier allocation to optimize performance and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee master scheduling, materials planning, and production governance across the region.
  • Monitor inventory performance and working capital; support lifecycle planning and SLOB reduction.
  • Champion governance, data quality, process standardization, automation, and tech adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in planning maturity.

As our Regional Supply Planner Manager, you will lead the regional supply planning function and play a critical role in ensuring the right balance between demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer service across our manufacturing, tolling, and distribution networks. You will drive the adoption of planning best practices, enhance planning capabilities, and ensure operational resilience through effective supply chain orchestration and integrated business planning.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence key business decisions, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and partner closely with stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commercial teams, and global planning functions.

How You\'ll Help Us Grow
  • Lead and develop the regional supply planning team, fostering capability, accountability, and consistent planning practices.
  • Own regional supply planning processes, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions through integrated business planning.
  • Drive demand and supply balancing activities, developing decision-ready scenarios and managing service, inventory, cost, and revenue trade-offs.
  • Lead capacity planning, network planning, and supply allocation decisions to optimise operational performance and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production planning governance across the region.
  • Manage inventory performance, working capital, product lifecycle planning, and SLOB reduction initiatives.
  • Champion planning governance, data quality, process standardisation, automation, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen overall planning maturity and capability.

We\u2019re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded supply chain professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

You Will Bring
  • A degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience within supply operations, supply planning, or a related supply chain environment.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated business planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications Include
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Experience within the agricultural, crop protection, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.
What We Offer

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $110,900 to $141,400 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
