Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business admin or related field.
• 8+ years in regional supply chain management with S&OP, planning and logistics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional S&OP end-to-end and own demand and supply plans.
• Oversee production scheduling, inventory management and logistics.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations; develop KPIs and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost discipline across the region.
