Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead on-site teams across our Houston region.

The role focuses on delivering strong property performance, ensuring operational excellence and sustaining resident and client satisfaction in a competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate brings regional management experience in multifamily properties and a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
• Work diligently with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets.
• Complete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position.

Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Regional Supervisor to join our growing company in Houston, Texas.

We are offering a competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus for this position.
