The role emphasizes collaboration with community managers and driving performance to meet budgeted goals. The ideal candidate has regional multifamily experience, HUD/LIHTC familiarity, and relevant affordable housing certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• HUD and LIHTC knowledge required.
• Affordable housing program certifications such as COS, CPO, TCS, HCCP, etc. a plus.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets.
• Complete monthly financial review to ensure goals are met.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements.
