You will lead protection and control projects, mentor staff, and drive successful delivery while supporting business growth and client service excellence.

You will oversee multi-location teams, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering license (PE) required.
• 15+ years of related experience in electrical power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and technical execution of HV substation protection and control projects.
• Mentor engineers and designers, support career growth and succession planning.
