Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a regional coordinator for Wichita GEAR UP to supervise staff, coordinate services for students, and ensure accurate documentation across multiple sites in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, program reporting, and collaboration with schools and community partners to support college readiness for middle and high school students. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent must be held.
• Six (6) years of experience in educational program management with diverse populations; college coursework can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and monitor services provided to students in each region.
• Coordinate with partners to set up services, collect documentation, and record activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports and provide leadership to regional staff and volunteers.
• Plan and coordinate resource center development for students, parents, teachers and staff.
• Track and document every service and contact with precision and professionalism.
