• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional sourcing strategies across MEP, CSA, and Site Indirects.
• Develop Regional Master Framework Agreements to drive leverage and standardization.
• Own regional supplier and subcontractor ecosystem ensuring capability and performance.
• Lead Regional SRM, governance, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Build Regional Strategic Sourcing function and grow team capability.
• Monitor market dynamics, supplier capacity, and trends to inform decisions.
