Qualifications

• Requires college degree and 5+ years advising senior leaders.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to influence executives and manage change.
• Experience planning large events and executive communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Act as a communication advisor to senior leader/VP and regional leaders to create and manage communication strategies, messages and planning.
• Create and oversee regional leader communications to align with company strategy and priorities.
• Develop message sets and collateral to achieve objectives (presentations, talking points, emails, newsletters).
• Provide feedback to senior executives on understanding and engagement with strategy and morale.
• Build relationships with internal leaders and serve as their communications advisor.
• Summarize employee feedback on communication effectiveness and advise leadership on strategy.
• Influence and lead others to enable quick, effective decision-making.
• Advise on organizational change initiatives and lead crisis management in region.
• Plan and execute organizational events including Global Summit and leadership meetings.
• Lead cross-functional event planning with budgets and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee direct reports including hiring, development and performance management.
• Manage regional communication channels and councils to maximize engagement.
• Maximize employee engagement through effective leadership and organizational communication.
