Qualificações

• 2–5 years in restaurant or fast food management.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores.
• Monitor outlets under the area of responsibility and ensure sales targets, inventory controls and quality management.
• Hire and train service crews.
• Coordinate with Logistics for weekly supply orders and deliveries.
• Perform monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluations.
• Enforce the Employee Code of Conduct and ensure regulatory compliance.
